CLUB CAMPING - Only available by booking in advance.
A minimum of 10 plots per club must be booked by 30th May. Select CLUB CAMPING
1 social plot will be given for each multiple of 10 plots booked in each club. FREE OF CHARGE
Club toilets are £125 and available to order on the store.

BELL TENT VILLAGE - Only available by booking in advance.

Set up ready for your arrival in our Bell Tent Village in General camping. 

A 10 x 10 metre plot with space for 1 vehicle to park next to the Bell Tent.

GLITZY EHU PLOTS - Only available by booking in advance.
A 10 x 10 metre plot with space for 1 vehicle to park on the plot. In an exclusive area close to the main Show area, Communal fire, Hook up, Water tap, Toilets, Shower Shack & CDP Point. We have around 40 Glitzy plots are available in this area each year.

GLITZ & GLAM BELL TENT - Only available by booking in advance

Then......Hire a Complete snoozing Bell Tent in the Glitz & Glamour Camping Area direct with Norfolk Bells

Set up in an exclusive area close to the main Show area, Electric Hook up, Communal fire, Water tap, Toilets, Shower Shack & CDP Point. 

Bells with all bells + whistles. Included in this package; air mattresses with bedding + freshly laundered bed linen, quilt, cushions, blanket, small mirrior, ½ floor mating, rag rugs, interior fairy lights, bottle light, small table, bunting + exterior fairy lights.
There is an 11.30pm noise curfew in this area.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
 NO GLASS bottles of drink allowed on site please – Livestock will be back on the land after the show.

  • No refund policy on tickets no exceptions (In the event of us cancelling  all tickets would be moved to a future date)
  • Discounts codes work on a first come first serve basis. once a code is expired it cannot be used.
  • Please ensure you keep your tickets safe and secure, once scanned they are void. The first valid scan for a ticket will gain entry.
  • No Open Fires allowed – Enclosed fire pits off the ground are allowed when used sensibly.
  • BBQ’s are allowed but please keep them off the ground.
  • No sky lanterns or Fireworks are permitted.
  • No independent sound systems allowed.
  • Please respect the campsite and Haughley Parks facilities.
  • 10pm noise curfew in Quieter camping areas.
  • 11.30pm noise curfew in all other camping areas.
  • STRICTLY NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT ONSITE – Unless moving to main arena or exiting site.
  • Well Behaved dogs welcome on leads at all times please.

 

  • Alcohol Policy - We wish visitors to the show to enjoy themselves but not drink excessive amounts of alcohol to the detriment of enjoyment for others, therefore visitors will be asked to consider this when bringing alcohol with them. Should visitors be found with excessive personal amounts they will be challenged on this principle.

FACILITIES We provide plenty of toilets onsite including disabled toilets.
All are kept clean and are restocked at regular intervals throughout the weekend.
There are no showers, baby changing facilities, washing up areas or electric hook up points.
Septic tanks are located onsite for waste from portaloos (see map)


WATER Available onsite, but advisable bring an initial stock of water with you if you can.
